WHO’S IT FOR: THOSE THAT NEED THE POWER OF VOICE

This one is one of my fav’s. I’ve used this as a mind reset tool and it’s absolutely worked. By picking a statement that is powerful and resonates with you, then using the power of repetition to make that mental shift in thought, you’re on the fast track to opening your mind to what you truly deserve.

Throughout my training as a Health Coach, the concept of ‘Crowding Out' comes up frequently and is something that I believe in completely. Use the power of the positive to crowd out the negative. This works for diet, exercise and mind. In fact, mindfulness is crowding out in action!

Simply pick your mantra, don’t worry you can change this up whenever you need to. Find one that speaks to your goals and values. It can be specific if you need it to be or general. The goal is to find something that speaks to you, you believe and go for it!

Some great mantra’s that I’ve used often have come from Gabrielle Bernstein:

  1. “My presence is my power.”

  2. “Energy flows where my attention and intention goes.”

  3. “I am ready to learn through love.”

  4. “I am responsible for what I see.”

  5. “My projection is my perception.”

  6. “I step back and let the Universe lead the way.”

  7. “I welcome creative possibilities.”

  8. “Do I look through the eyes of love or judgement?”

  9. “As I think, I shall be.”
